2025 drop off and collection hours (by appointment)
Monday - Friday 9.30am - 6pm (last drop off appointment 5.45pm)
Saturday - 8.30am - 12.00 noon (last drop off appointment 11.45am)
Sunday - 8.30am - 11.00am (last drop off appointment 10.45am)
Xmas Eve/New Years Eve 9.30am - 11pm (last drop off appointment 10.45am)
We are Closed for any drop off or collections on the following days;
Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday and all UK Bank Holidays.
(your cat/s can come and stay with us over these periods, but they will need to be booked in for drop off and collection outside these closed days)
No cats will be accepted in
or be available to depart outside these opening hours without prior agreement.
